A professionally detailed vehicle should not be allowed to gradually return to its previous condition. Forge Maintenance Valeting provides the structured ongoing care required to preserve its finish, protection and overall presentation.

WHO IS MAINTENANCE VALETING FOR?

Maintenance Valeting is exclusively available to vehicles that have first received a qualifying Deep Clean and protection package from Forge Valeting.

We cannot maintain vehicles coated elsewhere because the preparation, products and application standards are unknown. This ensures we can take responsibility for the condition of your vehicle and provide consistent, dependable results.

THE FOUR-WEEK REQUIREMENT

Maintenance appointments must be completed once every four weeks.

This prevents road film, environmental contamination and interior dirt from becoming heavily established. It also allows the vehicle to be cleaned safely without requiring aggressive chemicals or unnecessary correction later.

Vehicles covering particularly high mileage may require maintenance every two weeks.

Week 8 — Maintenance Valet

Week 12 — Decontamination Valet

The cycle then begins again.

WHY DECONTAMINATION IS REQUIRED

A ceramic coating does not prevent contamination from bonding to the surface. Iron particles, tar, mineral deposits and traffic film can gradually obstruct the coating and reduce its water behaviour, gloss and self-cleaning performance.

Every third appointment includes the required decontamination process to safely remove these bonded contaminants and restore the coating’s performance.

This is not a rushed maintenance wash. Each appointment uses professional equipment, safe wash methods and appropriate products to protect the work already completed.
