However we are happy to provide full UK coverage at additional costs.

We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

Yes, we work weekends. Bank holiday availability varies and often books up fast —please contact us to check.

For most locations within Oxfordshire, there's no additional call-out fee. For areas further afield (30+ Miles) a small travel charge may apply—we'll confirm this when you book.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your vehicle, and electricity, you can leave us to work. Many clients go about their day while we detail their vehicle.

We have gazebos to cover the workspace, we just need a 3x6 meter space to put them up.

The only thing that makes this risky would be high winds and that would also depend on how open and exposed the work area is.

We carry filtered water onboard, however we do require access to a plug socket.

We carry a 25 meter extension lead that in most cases is more than sufficien.

What's the difference between valeting and detailing?

Valeting is a thorough clean of your vehicle inside and out. Detailing goes further—it includes paint correction, swirl removal, protection application, and restoration work. Detailing is about enhancing and protecting, not just cleaning.

A deep clean is estimated 7.5+ hours, Mini Valet is 4.5+ hours, Reforge experience is 10-12 hours, paint correction is 1-4 days.

Paint correction is the process of removing imperfections from your vehicle's paintwork—swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and water spots—using machine polishing techniques. It restores clarity, depth, and gloss to the paint.

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle's paint, creating a protective layer. It provides superior protection against UV rays, contaminants, and minor scratches while making cleaning easier. Depending on the product, it can last 1-5+ years with proper maintenance.

We can remove or significantly reduce light to moderate scratches through paint correction. Deep scratches that penetrate the clear coat may require a paint infill and sanding.

This technique can correct things like key damage without the massive costs of a body shop and reduces risk of colour matching issues from a respray.
